Delivery Information

Delivery costs R60 per order and takes 3–5 working days, via PAXI.

How it works

We send your order with PAXI to a PAXI Point near you, such as a PEP store. At checkout, tell us your nearest PAXI Point — you can find one at paxi.co.za.

Delivery time

Parcels usually arrive 3–5 working days after they are sent. We’ll let you know when your parcel is on its way.

Collecting your parcel

When your parcel arrives, PAXI sends you an SMS with a collection PIN, so please give a mobile number you can receive SMSes on. Bring the PIN and your ID to collect. Someone else can collect for you with their own ID and your PIN.

Please collect your parcel promptly. Uncollected parcels are returned to the sender, and PAXI may dispose of parcels that remain uncollected.

Delivery fee

R60 per order. It is added to your bag and shown before you order.
